THE sun appears to have a smile on its face, as a streak of superheated plasma rises across its surface. This amazing image was captured by solar-photographer Dave Tyler – in his back garden. The 71-year-old, from near High Wycombe, Bucks, used a refracting telescope equipped with a hydrogen alpha filter to capture these incredible shots from 93 million miles away.
